Cast iron gate valve, bidirectional

Order No. 7520 Art.0130/576, 8" Plattenschieber - Gusseisen

This series is characterised above all by the fact that the stainless steel plate is sealed on both sides, which means that the flow direction of the medium does not have to be taken into account. Furthermore, this series does not require an upper part. This means that it is free of blockages at the top, as no material can accumulate in a permanently mounted upper part. Only a cover is required for safety reasons.

  • Body material: Cast iron G250 UNI EN 1561
  • Shut-off plate material: AISI 304 stainless steel
  • Flange on both sides DIN PN10 and
  • Flange with hole pattern 150 mm (6‘) or 180 mm (8’)
  • The cast iron gate valve BiDi Art. 0130 does not have a drain opening.
  • Due to the identical flange pattern with the brass gate valves, these can be easily exchanged.
  • Combined with pneumatic cylinder Art. 0576
Special features:
 
  • The flow direction does not need to be taken into account during installation!
  • Can also be installed horizontally!
