LOCKER - Cast iron plate valve

The LOCKER plate gate valve is an upwardly non-blocking plate gate valve with a stainless steel plate and flanges on both sides. It can be installed vertically or horizontally. However, the direction of flow must be observed. This is indicated by an arrow in the cast body.

  • Body: Cast iron - single piece
  • Slider plate: Stainless steel - INOX AISI 304
Body coating:
 
1st layer: KTL coating = cathodic dip coating
 
Very good corrosion resistance, even for cavities and sharp edges
Uniform layer thickness
Good chemical resistance
Homogeneous black surface, also suitable for visible parts
Hard surface
 
2nd layer: additional colour

It is possible to work with liquids within a temperature range of -20°C to +90°C.
