The GARDA EVO offers a wide range of combinations of vacuum pumps, centrifugal pumps, high-pressure pumps, PTO shafts and smooth shafts with keyways, which are connected to each other via a manual transmission.
 
The basic version is available in 6 types in the D, P and H versions (manual transmission drive):
 
GARDA EVO 6500 - GARDA 6500 centrifugal pump - Output A
GARDA EVO AFI 27 - DODA centrifugal pump - Output A
GARDA EVO AFI 27HS - DODA centrifugal pump (HS = high speed) - output A
GARDA EVO AFI 35 - DODA centrifugal pump - output A
GARDA EVO GK - shaft - output A
GARDA EVO JET - Pratissoli KF high-pressure pump - output A
 
Output A is already assigned in these 6 basic versions. Vacuum pumps version GA, high-pressure pumps, PTO shafts or smooth shafts with keyways can now be mounted on output B.

Product Information

GARDA EVO/GK

  • Version DT: Drive gear via PTO stub shaft – 1000 rpm
  • Version PT: Drive gear via smooth shaft with keyway – 1000 rpm
  • Version HTW: Hydraulic drive gear – oil motor included
 
The turbo version (2 levers to run the combined pumps simultaneously) is standard on all versions!
  • For the GK type, the first step is to decide whether a shaft is to be installed at output A or at A and B.
  • The second step is to decide which shafts (PTO shaft or smooth shaft with keyway) are to be installed. In the third step, the RPM for output A or A and B can now be specified. The following options are available: 540, 800, 1000 and 1500 rpm.
 
Instead of a shaft for output B, a GA vacuum pump version can of course also be installed in this type (except for MEC 2000 - 8000/GA).
