This version has automatic lubrication (LA). The lubricating oil quantity is preset at the factory and cannot be manipulated.

BALLAST/G

The BALLAST/G comes standard with automatic lubrication (LA), heat-resistant lamellas (Long Life), swivelling elbow and hose connection, and an integrated check valve in the collector (replaces the rubber ball).
 
 
Included in delivery:
 
  • PTO shaft guard
  • Oil lines
  • Operating and maintenance instructions
  • Oil level sight glass
  • Drive via external gear wheel with max. 600 rpm.
  • Can only be used in conjunction with GARDA!
  • Direction of rotation: clockwise.
  • Cooling via air injectors during the suction process
  • Continuous pump operation is possible at -0.7 bar!
  • Heat-resistant lamellas as standard
  • Heat indicator
  • Crash Protection System – thanks to elongated holes, the rotor falls downwards in the event of a blockage. This reduces the risk of the housing breaking to a minimum.
  • Integrated non-return valve – to maintain the vacuum after the suction process is complete.
Attention!
 
  • The pressure relief valve is not included in the scope of delivery.
  • Before commissioning, oil must be filled in accordance with the maintenance instructions!
