Applications:

 

Mineral oil hose for tankers, storage tanks and loading stations. Robust, durable and vacuum-resistant hose suitable for standard bowl fittings. Suitable for mineral oil products with an aroma content of up to 50%. The chloroprene (CR) incorporated into the cover makes it not only oil-resistant but also particularly weather-resistant and, above all, flame-retardant.

  • Temperature range: -30°C to +85°C
  • Operating pressure: 16 bar
  • Burst pressure: 64 bar (EN = 4 times safety)
  • Max. vacuum: 0.9 bar

Construction:

  • CORE: NBR (oil-resistant rubber compound), black, smooth
  • INSERT: high-strength textile cord with steel wire spiral and conductive copper strand
  • COVER: CR (chloroprene), black, smooth with fabric imprint, embossed in accordance with EN
